Municipal IRPEF surcharge
For 2025 the Finance Department lists for Ascoli Piceno a single rate of 0.8%, with no brackets, with an exemption for taxable income up to 8,500.00 euro. The sheet notes that the rate was not sent by the Comune but entered ex officio; as the act it gives resolution no. 109 of 7 June 2013, published on 20 December 2025, with a confirmation note.
TARI and parking
The Comune reminds that for the TARI waste tax (law 147/2013, supplemented by the municipal regulation) the start or end of the occupation or holding of premises and areas in the municipality must be declared, along with any change of surface or use that alters the amount. On parking, the page of the "Ascoli insieme al centro" shuttle notes that blue-line parking is free on public holidays and links to the document with the car park tariffs.
