ATL Terre dell'Alto Piemonte is the local tourist reception and promotion agency recognised by the Piedmont Region for the provinces of Biella, Novara and Vercelli; the site dedicated to the Biellese area offers itineraries, accommodation, restaurants, guided tours and bike rental.
