The Comune di Cremona's service portal lets you book an appointment with municipal offices, including the registry and civil status offices, submit assistance requests and consult the FAQ. Reports — from dumped waste to service problems — are filed online, along with complaints and suggestions; the municipal switchboard answers on 0372 4071.
Information desk
In the centre, the Infopoint at Piazza del Comune 5 (phone 0372 407081) provides information on the city and the area and is also the reference point for newcomers wanting to find their way around museums and events.
