«G.B. Pergolesi» Conservatory
The «G.B. Pergolesi» state music conservatory is a higher-education institution in art and music (AFAM) located at via dell'Università 16. The Didattica section of its website lists courses by instrument and field, with preparatory courses and first-level (three-year) and second-level (two-year) academic diplomas. The European register EQAR shows that on 17 September 2025 ANVUR gave a positive outcome to the initial accreditation of the new two-year programme in Electronic Music.
Nursing (Università Politecnica delle Marche)
The three-year degree of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery that trains nurses stems from cooperation between the University and the Marche Region: lectures and practical sessions take place at the Ancona seat and at the teaching centres of Pesaro, Macerata, Ascoli Piceno and Fermo. Places are limited, with a selective admission test common to public universities on the date set by the Ministry of University and Research; clinical placements take place in health facilities of the Marche Region.
