ACER Ferrara, a public economic body, manages the public housing (ERP) stock in the province for households that struggle to access the private market. It also offers social (ERS) and market-rate homes, student flats, buy-back of homes in PEEP areas and rent support through the Patto per la casa and rent grants; tenants have an online reserved area, a repair line and counters by appointment.
