City buses: discounted passes
In Forlì's fare zone 860, besides personal passes, Start Romagna sells reduced-fare passes reserved for specific groups: Senior, for retired and non-working people over 65 resident in the Comune di Forlì; Job Forlì, for people who work within the municipality; University, priced according to ISEE and to contributions from the Comune and the University of Bologna; and a school pass for whole compulsory-school classes. From 1 August 2026 annual fares were revised and ordinary annual passes last 365 days. Passes are loaded onto the Mi Muovo card, issued for a fee at the ticket office in piazzale Ilario Bandini.
Train and bus on one pass
Forlì is one of the cities where «Mi Muovo anche in città» applies: holders of a monthly or annual regional rail pass ride city buses free both in the city of departure and in that of arrival, validating the card at each boarding.
Young people
The Emilia-Romagna Region's Younger Card is free for people aged 14 to 29 who live, study or work in the region: it gives discounts at participating businesses and access to volunteering projects. It is requested online and collected with an ID document; in Forlì the contact point is the Informagiovani.
Housing
Low-income households can apply at any time to join the Comune's open ranking for public housing: requirements and procedure are in the Housing section.
