Leisure: a riverside park, hills, spas and sports facilities
The Franco Agosto city park along the Montone; summer shows in the courtyard of the Rocca di Ravaldino; a few kilometres away, the hills of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines with Bertinoro and Predappio, and the spas of Castrocaro and Fratta. Municipal sports facilities are used through clubs and associations.

In town
The «Franco Agosto» city park, along the Montone river, is a large, well-equipped green area. In summer the Arena Rocca di Caterina season turns the courtyard of the Rocca di Ravaldino into an open-air theatre.
Hills and spas
Forlì lies at the foot of the hills of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. Bertinoro, about 10 kilometres away, looks over the plain as far as the sea; Predappio, in the Rabbi valley, is surrounded by Sangiovese DOC vineyards. For spas there are Castrocaro Terme, about 10 kilometres away, and Fratta Terme, at 14, which also has adventure and treetop courses.
Sport
The Comune directly manages the Ginnasio Sportivo, the Palazzetto di Villa Romiti and the Palagalassi and, through an annual public notice, grants these facilities and school gyms to amateur sports clubs and associations, sports promotion bodies and federations: newcomers get access by joining a club.
