Daily life: online services, TARI and the waste contract
The Comune di Frosinone (switchboard +39 0775 2651) offers ANPR, a TARI taxpayer portal, PagoPA, the IO app and appointment booking online. On 13 October 2026 the mayor signed an ordinance to guarantee continuity of waste collection during the contract.

Online services
The portal gives access to the national registry (ANPR), IMU calculation, PagoPA payments, the TARI taxpayer portal (position, payments, online bill), the App IO Frosinone and online records of road-code fines. There are also appointment booking, reporting of faults and the switchboard +39 0775 2651.
Waste
On 13 October 2026 the Comune announced that the mayor had signed an urgent ordinance to ensure continuity of waste collection, sweeping and transport in connection with the service contract (the notice does not give its terms). For collection calendars and rules, see the municipal website.
Library, museum and pharmacies
The "N. Turriziani" library and the Archaeological Museum have thematic municipal sites, and the portal publishes the on-duty pharmacy calendar.
