Local agreement
Law 431/1998 allows rental contracts to be drawn up under agreements made locally between property owners' organisations and tenants' organisations. The local agreements in force in Frosinone set, for each zone of the Comune, a minimum and a maximum per square metre for determining the rent; the tables are used by private parties and unions to set the rent of a home.
How it is used
Owners and tenants signing a subsidised-rent contract must refer to the local agreement and to the approved contract templates, which can be downloaded from the service page. Duration and deadlines are those set by the parties under the agreement. The service is handled by the Comune's Welfare and Social Services department.
