Leisure: the Walls as an events venue, Le Clarisse and the theatre season
The bastioned walls, managed by the Istituzione Le Mura, host conferences, exhibitions, fairs, shows and concerts. The Le Clarisse cultural centre, in the former convent of Santa Chiara, has been municipal property since 1995. The Comune publishes the theatre season programme and runs museums and the library, including the Maremma Natural History Museum.

- The Walls: besides being a sight, the bastions managed by the Istituzione Le Mura offer a conference hall, rooms for exhibitions, an outdoor events area for fairs, shows and concerts, and a wedding hall.
- Le Clarisse cultural centre: in the former convent of Santa Chiara, built from the late 16th century, municipal property since 1995 and restored together with the Chiesa dei Bigi; it belongs to the Musei di Maremma network.
- Theatre: the Comune publishes the theatre season programme in its "Vivere il Comune" section (at the time of consultation, the 2025/2026 season).
- Museums and library: the Archaeological and Art Museum of the Maremma, the Maremma Natural History Museum and the Chelliana municipal library have dedicated sites linked from the Comune's portal.
