During the year there were 392 registrations and 385 closures, a net balance of +7 and a growth rate of 0.08%. Registered craft firms number 1,678, down by 13. By legal form, limited companies grew (+96) and sole proprietorships fell (−77).

In the fourth quarter of 2025 the sectors with the most registered firms in the province are trade (1,956), agriculture (1,419), construction (1,267) and manufacturing (639). The bulletin gives no figures for the municipality of Isernia alone.
