Municipal IRPEF surcharge
According to the Department of Finance, for 2025 Latina's municipal surcharge on IRPEF (personal income tax) has a single rate of 0.8%, with an exemption for taxable incomes up to €7,999.99. The Department cites resolution no. 25 of 29 April 2016, confirmed, and notes that the rate was not transmitted by the Comune and was entered by the Department.
TARI
TARI (the waste tax) is due from anyone who owns or holds, on any basis, premises or open areas capable of producing urban waste, even if they do not use them. The start, change and end of a household account are declared online on the Comune's services portal, with SPID or CIE; the competent office is the Servizio Entrate TARI, piazza del Popolo 14.
Public transport
