Municipal IRPEF surtax
For 2025 the Dipartimento delle Finanze reports a single rate of 0.8% for Lecco, with an exemption for taxable income up to 17,000.00 euro. The rate was confirmed by resolution no. 41 of 25 November 2024, published on 3 February 2025.
TARI bonus
The Comune di Lecco offers a partial or total waste-tax (TARI) reduction for households in economic and social hardship. It can be requested only after the Comune publishes a call: requirements include holding a TARI account, having a valid ordinary or current ISEE and not being in arrears on the TARI of the year before the call. Applications are made online with SPID or CIE, directly or through a delegate; elderly and disabled residents can get help by appointment. The responsible office is Politiche sociali.
