Cost of living: tiered IRPEF surtax from 0.73% to 0.8%
For 2025 the Dipartimento delle Finanze reports a tiered municipal IRPEF surtax for Lodi: exemption up to 17,000 euro, 0.73% up to 28,000, 0.78% from 28,000.01 to 50,000, 0.8% above 50,000 (resolution no. 18 of 26 February 2025, modification). Rents, prices and the transport pass in the data.

Municipal IRPEF surtax
For 2025 the Dipartimento delle Finanze reports these rates for Lodi, with the note «modifica»: exemption for taxable income up to 17,000.00 euro; 0.73% on the income band up to 28,000.00 euro; 0.78% on the band from 28,000.01 to 50,000.00 euro; 0.8% on the band above 50,000.00 euro. The resolution is no. 18 of 26 February 2025, published on 22 May 2025.
