Cost of living: progressive municipal income-tax surcharge, exemption up to 14,500 euros

Municipal income-tax surcharge
For 2025 the rates listed for Lucca are: 0.58% up to 15,000 euros, 0.60% from 15,000.01 to 28,000 euros, 0.74% from 28,000.01 to 50,000 euros, 0.79% above 50,000 euros; taxable incomes up to 14,500 euros are exempt. The Department notes that the rate was not sent by the Comune and was entered ex officio on the basis of resolution no. 30 of 29 March 2022, confirmed under art. 1, paragraph 751 of law 207/2024.
