Residence and documents
The Comune di Lucca has an "Anagrafe e stato civile" category covering identity documents, change of residence and electoral services. Appointments with offices are booked on the online counter portal (sportellotelematico.comune.lucca.it, "prenota ufficio"); the competent office is Servizi Demografici (U.O. 3.3). The portal also links to access to ANPR services and an assistance request form.
Waste and library
For bulky and recyclable waste the Comune lists its recycling stations, areas where residents can drop off waste; the page is under "Vivere il Comune – Luoghi". The portal names the Biblioteca Civica Agorà (bibliotecaagora.it) as the library.
