Municipal IRPEF surcharge
For 2025 the Finance Department lists for Massa the rates in the table, with an exemption for taxable income up to 11,999.99 euro.

An asterisk next to the number points to a note saying the rate was not sent by the municipality and was entered ex officio; the sheet does not specify which rate it refers to.
