Climate and air: vehicle restrictions all year and in winter
In Monza petrol, methane and LPG cars of Euro 0 and 1 and diesel cars up to Euro 4 face traffic restrictions all year round. From 1 October to 31 March temporary two-level measures can be triggered when PM10 exceeds the daily limit for a sustained period. The Move-In service allows driving within an annual mileage cap.

Permanent restrictions
In Monza traffic restrictions apply all year round to petrol, methane and LPG vehicles of Euro 0 and 1 and to diesel vehicles of Euro 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Temporary measures
From 1 October to 31 March temporary measures can additionally be activated on two levels, based on continuous exceedance of the daily PM10 limit (50 micrograms per cubic metre) measured at provincial level.
Move-In
Vehicles enrolled in the Move-In service can circulate without hourly or daily bans, subject only to an annual mileage cap that depends on vehicle type and emission class.
