How it works

Edilizia residenziale convenzionata covers new homes built under an agreement with the Comune di Monza (the current standard agreement was approved by the city council on 18 December 2023). Sales and allocations are handled directly by the building cooperatives or companies; buyers must have their eligibility requirements checked through the Comune's procedure.

  • Via Monte Albenza – via Volterra implementation plan: public notice and documents on the Comune's website.
  • Via Val d'Ossola implementation plan: the sale of the homes has been launched.
