Public transport
The TEP urban network offers a single ticket valid 80 minutes, an 8-ride carnet, a day ticket valid until the end of night service (1:30), a personal ordinary monthly pass and an annual pass. Students have a dedicated quarterly and annual pass; Parma residents aged 70 and over have the Carta Argento, monthly or six-monthly. Annual passes can be topped up online, at cash machines, at ticket offices or at tobacconists.
Driving into the centre
To enter the ZTL without a category permit you buy and activate a two-hour or daily ZTL ticket (parking meters near the gates, the Infomobility front office, the online reserved area, the Tap&Park app, participating tobacconists). Anyone who entered without activating one can regularise the passage through "ravvedimento operoso" by 23:59 the following day; parking is not included.
