Climate and air: three 2026 anti-smog ordinances on biomass, businesses and traffic
The Comune's air-quality page lists three 2026 ordinances: no. 83 on biomass heating, no. 81 on productive activities and no. 82 on traffic limits for the most polluting vehicles. Live data are on ARPAM.
Sections: Seasons · Rainfall · Temperatures · Air quality · Environmental hazards
Anti-smog measures
In its Environment section the Comune notes that measures to reduce pollutants apply: ordinance no. 83/2026 for solid-biomass heating systems, no. 81/2026 for productive activities and no. 82/2026 for limits on circulation of the most polluting vehicles. The texts are on the Comune's transparency portal; the page does not summarise their deadlines and scope, so they must be read directly.
Data and heating
For current values the page links to ARPAM air-quality data; the same section has pages on heating systems, switch-on periods and weather reports. The page states that traffic, industrial plants, heating and energy production are the main sources of urban pollution and that wind, humidity, fog, rain and thermal inversions affect the levels.
