Bus discounts
Under the agreement between the city and SETA valid from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, Piacenza residents who are or turn 70 by 31 March 2027 get a free annual urban pass on a personal "MiMuovo Senior Bus" card valid for five years; it is also free for residents aged 65+ with an ISEE up to 15,000 euros, for people with disabilities in the listed categories and for homeless people supported by social services. Reduced fares apply to other over-65s, to young people under 27 and to families with three or more children and an ISEE up to 18,000 euros. The city pays the difference; the card is requested at SETA ticket offices with an ID document and, where needed, an ISEE.
