Registry and residence
In the "Anagrafe e stato civile" category the Comune publishes the change of residence for oneself and the household, requests for 15 types of registry certificates, registry registration for EU citizens and the birth certificate for EU citizens born in Italy.
Environment, schools and appointments
The "Ambiente" category covers green areas and parks, pollution, street cleaning and waste; nursery enrolment is for children aged 3 months to 3 years. At the bottom of each page the portal offers appointment booking, a request for assistance, the toll-free number and reports of problems in the city.
