ACER Campania in Caserta
The Caserta Department of ACER Campania, at via Eleuterio Ruggiero 45, coordinates property management, maintenance and tenant assistance in the Caserta area, with offices for tenants and administrative affairs, for sales, transfers, condominiums and regularisations, and for maintenance and works. To meet a manager, write at least two days ahead or phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 13:00 and on Wednesdays from 14:30 to 16:30.
How to apply
The Campania Region handles applications for public housing through a public notice and a regional online platform: the 2026 ERP Notice served to enter applicants in the register of housing need and in the rankings of those entitled. Information desks run by ACER and the municipalities were open during the notice period; by the deadline 45,726 applications had been received, 44% more than in 2022. By executive decree no. 556 of 1 July 2026 the Region approved the list of applications admitted to correction of documents; rankings and updates are published on the regional portal.
