Health: ASL Frosinone, District B and the hospital in via Armando Fabi
Frosinone hosts the provincial ASL (via Armando Fabi snc, 0775.8821) and health District B. The Frosinone-Alatri-Anagni hospital unit is based in via Armando Fabi; bookings go through the regional ReCUP on 06 99 39. Since 1 October 2026 lab results are read only through the Electronic Health Record.

Who covers the city
The Frosinone ASL is based at via Armando Fabi snc (phone 0775.8821). The province is divided into four health districts: A Alatri-Anagni, B Frosinone, C Sora and D Cassino. The Single Access Point (PUA), where social-health needs are assessed, is located in the Case della Salute, in district health facilities and in the comuni.
Hospital and emergency room
The Frosinone-Alatri-Anagni Hospital Unit is based in Frosinone, in via Armando Fabi (tel. 0775 8821). According to the ASL page on hospital units, round-the-clock emergency care, including for the Anagni unit, is coordinated by the Pronto Soccorso of the "F. Spaziani" hospital in Frosinone. Cassino and Sora, home to the other two hospital units, are different comuni.
Bookings and results
The regional ReCUP number 06 99 39 appears prominently on the ASL home page as the "new CUP number"; services listed include booking health services, the APP LazioPerLaSalute, online copies of medical records and NHS registration for foreigners. Since 1 October 2026 access to lab results is guaranteed only through the Electronic Health Record, because the Lazio Escape service has been discontinued.
