Registry office
The registry office (Anagrafe), at via Fratelli Rosselli 1, handles transfers of residence to Novara from other municipalities or from abroad, departures, changes of address within the municipality and the creation or change of households, the registers of foreign residents and of Italians resident abroad (AIRE); it issues identity documents and authenticates signatures, copies and photographs.
