Residence

The declaration of a change of address or residence must be submitted within 20 days of the actual move and is free of charge; for a family all adults sign it, but one can submit it. Registration runs from the date of submission and is recorded within two working days; the Comune has 45 days to check the requirements and actual residence, after which tacit approval applies. The service on the municipal portal requires SPID, CIE or CNS; appointments with the offices in piazza Italia are booked through the Comune's website.

Markets

On Wednesdays, from 7 am to 2 pm, two open-air markets with free access are held: on via A. Diaz and in the car park between via Michelangelo and via S. Pellico. The Markets Office is in the former INPS building, piazza Duca d'Aosta 15.

Library

The Gabriele D'Annunzio regional library is at via del Concilio 2; bookings are made by email or phone and the catalogue is online.

Limited-traffic zones

Without authorisation from the Mobility Department, entry to the ZTLs is not allowed. For a short transit or stop, up to 30 minutes, a temporary permit is requested online with SPID, CIE or CNS, paying stamp duty and processing fees that rise with the duration; the answer comes within 30 days.
