Daily life: registry office on circonvallazione Ragusa, online service desk and Te.Am. door-to-door collection
In Teramo the registry office shares premises with the local police on circonvallazione Ragusa; residence, the electronic identity card and certificates have pages on the municipality's online service desk. Waste is collected door to door by Te.Am. Teramo Ambiente, with bulky-waste and garden-waste pickups by booking and a collection centre in contrada Carapollo.

Registry office
The Anagrafe – toponomastica – statistica office handles the population register (anagrafe), identity cards, civil status and certificates; it is located together with the local police on circonvallazione Ragusa. According to the municipal page it is open to the public on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, and also on Tuesday afternoons; it is closed on Wednesdays and Saturdays. On the municipality's online service desk (sportello telematico), Servizi demografici section, there are pages for changing residence or address, requesting the electronic identity card and registry certificates, and accessing ANPR services.
Waste
The service is run by Te.Am. Teramo Ambiente, a public company, which has a website dedicated to the city («Differenziata Teramo») and the toll-free number 800.253.230. Collection is door to door: food waste in the small brown bin with a biodegradable bag, plastic and metals together in the yellow bag, paper in paper bags, boxes or the building's bin, glass in the small grey bin or the building's bin without a bag, residual waste in the grey container with a transponder, which is compulsory. Waste is put out the evening before and in any case by 5 a.m. on collection day.
Bulky waste, garden waste and collection centre
Bulky items, durable goods and WEEE (electrical waste) are collected door to door by appointment, booked via the toll-free number or the online form; rubble and gas cylinders are not collected. Grass cuttings and prunings from households are collected free of charge up to three 100-litre bags, five bundles or 100 kg. Alternatively, everything can be taken to the collection centre in contrada Carapollo.
