Daily life: online appointments, payments and reports with the municipality
The Comune di Udine's portal lets you book appointments with municipal offices (including the registry and civil status offices), pay through PagoPA and report problems online. The switchboard is at via Lionello 1; the waste section gathers the tariff list, regulation and collection services.

Offices and online services
The municipality is based at via Lionello 1 (switchboard +39 0432 127 1111). The portal lets you book an appointment, ask for assistance, report a service problem, pay through PagoPA and consult the FAQ; the Services section includes registry and civil status, environment, mobility, taxes and tourism. Those without digital credentials can use the Punti Digitale Facile (appointments from the municipality's digital facilitation service page).
Waste
The "Gestione rifiuti" section of the municipal website gathers the tariff list, the municipal regulation and the waste management and collection services; collection calendars and recycling centres should be checked in that section, as the landing page does not list them.
