ATER Udine
ATER Udine is based at via Sacile 15 and receives visitors by appointment only. According to its page «Come chiedere la casa?» (How to apply for a home), you apply for a flat when a call (bando di concorso) is published; the call states who can take part, the requirements, the deadline (for subsidised housing) and the documents to attach. Applications are made online on the calls portal while the call is open, with a digital identity (SPID, CIE or CNS), at ATER's counters by appointment, or by certified email (PEC) or registered letter as the call indicates.
From assessment to allocation
- Assessment by the Commission
Applications are assessed by a dedicated Commission; a complete and valid application enters the provisional ranking according to its score.
- Provisional ranking
It is published so applicants can check their position; if excluded, or to ask for the score to be reassessed, applicants can submit observations within 40 days of publication.
- Final ranking
Approved by the Commission after reviewing the observations, it is valid for at least two years and is updated periodically.
- Allocation
Homes are allocated in the order of the final ranking.
Outside the calls and other schemes
The page notes that some categories can apply even when no call is open, for example people facing an eviction not caused by rent arrears. ATER's site has separate pages for assisted (convenzionata), sustainable and agreed-rent (canone concordato) housing and a search of subsidised housing calls by municipality.
