Short-term lets

Through a 2026 resolution the city extended short-let limits to nine zones outside the historic centre. According to the list published by Il Post they are Campo di Marte, San Jacopino, Gavinana, Pignoncino and Paolo Uccello, Statuto and Rifredi, Libertà, Oberdan and Savonarola, Bronzino and Pier Vettori, Fonderia and Petrarca: Novoli is not among them. Anyone buying to let to tourists should still check the rules in force for the address on the city's website.

Students

The Novoli Campus, the University of Florence's social sciences hub in via delle Pandette, houses the DSU Caponnetto university residence, next to a canteen, a café, reading rooms and the Social Sciences Library.
