Red zone and yellow zone

National civil-protection planning for the Campi Flegrei puts only part of Vomero in the red zone, while the quarter appears among the 24 Neapolitan quarters of the yellow zone, exposed to ash fall. In the red zone, in case of alarm, the planned measure is preventive evacuation.
