The Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare separates the semi-central zone C19 «Aurora», to which the data block below refers, from C17 «Porta Palazzo – Maria Ausiliatrice». Among the residences available from the 2026/27 academic year EDISU Piemonte lists two small facilities in the district, in corso Giulio Cesare and via Bologna.

Student housing

Among the residences available from the 2026/27 academic year EDISU Piemonte lists two facilities in the district. At corso Giulio Cesare 6 there are five single and five double rooms with shared bathrooms; EDISU notes that the university sites and the centre can be reached from here by public transport and by bike. At via Bologna 94/96 the UNIHUB Bologna residence has 15 beds, three in single rooms and twelve in doubles. Calls for applications and conditions are on the EDISU website.
