Housing in Vanchiglia
The Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare has a semi-central zone C18 «Vanchiglia – Borgo Rossini», to which the data block below refers, and a zone C20 «Vanchiglietta». EDISU Piemonte has three residences in the district and around the university sites: Olimpia next to Campus Einaudi, CXTURIN Vanchiglia along the Po and Giulia di Barolo near Palazzo Nuovo.

Student housing
The EDISU Olimpia residence, at Lungo Dora Siena 104, is a short walk from Campus Luigi Einaudi: it has 225 single rooms with bathroom (17 for people with disabilities), 53 doubles with bathroom and two-room units with a kitchenette, with either single or double rooms.
The CXTURIN Vanchiglia residence, at Lungo Po Machiavelli 37, has 28 single rooms in flats with a shared kitchen and bathroom; EDISU places it about two kilometres from Campus Einaudi and the Politecnico's Architecture department.
The Giulia di Barolo residence, at via Verdi 26/G, has 50 beds and EDISU describes it as in the immediate vicinity of Palazzo Nuovo. Places and conditions are allocated through the calls published by EDISU.
