Buses
In Arezzo you travel with Autolinee Toscane's "urbano capoluogo" ticket; the same ticket applies in the Valdarno MIV area, including Montevarchi and San Giovanni Valdarno. Line U is mixed-fare: the ticket depends on the route. The Comune publishes service-change notices for events.
ZTL
The Comune handles permits for ZTL A and B online. The "Città murata – residenti (Libera circolazione)" entry lets residents transit through ZTL A with no time limits; zone boundaries and hours for the other permits do not appear on the page we read. Requests go to the Ufficio mobilità (switchboard 0575 3770, piazza della Libertà 1) or via an appointment booked at appuntamenti.comune.arezzo.it.
