Daily life: ANPR, online booking of the electronic ID card and demographic services
The Comune di Avellino offers registry services online through ANPR and, since 12 February 2025, online booking of the electronic identity card (the e-mail with the ticket is required). The municipal portal also has a new heating-systems register.

Registry and documents
From the municipal portal you can consult your registry data and request certificates online through the national registry (ANPR). Since 12 February 2025 the electronic identity card is booked online: the e-mail with the ticket is required. The "Servizi demografici" page gathers certificates, identity documents, residence and procedures for birth, marriage, death and changes of registry data.
Other services
The portal gives access to school services, to a portal for the register of heating systems and to the municipality's calls and competitions.
