Getting around from Novoli

Tram T2

T2 stops in the area are, from the airport towards the centre, Guidoni, Novoli – Palazzi Rossi, Novoli – Torre degli Agli, Novoli – Regione Toscana and San Donato – Università; the Peretola Aeroporto terminus is the stop before Guidoni. Towards the centre the line continues via Belfiore, Alamanni – Stazione Santa Maria Novella, Fortezza and Libertà – Parterre to San Marco – Università.

From Monday to Thursday, between 6:30 and 20:30, trams run every 4–5 minutes; the first departure from the airport is at 5:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays service continues past 1 a.m. According to the Regione Toscana, the Peretola – piazza dell'Unità d'Italia section, in service since 11 February 2019, is about 5.3 km long; an extension from the airport to Sesto Fiorentino is at the feasibility-study stage.

Autolinee Toscane's urban line 23 starts from the Guidoni tram stop and terminates at Sorgane and Bagno a Ripoli.
